"34 years is a long time for a pair of tennis shoes to last but that how long my pair of Striper?s lasted. I?ve had them since I was 19 years old to play tennis in and to keep my Leather Top Sider boat shoes from getting wet when sailing. In June they finally gave up and it?s like seeing an old friend pass away but I?m glad Sperry still makes them and will shortly be replacing them. "I was happy to find this striper on your web site. Unfortunatialy, I couldn't find the shoe in the betterdeptartment stores even Nordstrom in Columbia, Maryland when I visited Maryland.
I have worn the shoe for years, as I lived in Florida for 23 years."

"Striper's are the only canvas sneakers that I've found that comes in widths. Since I have a narrow foot, they are a god send. I have worn them all of my adult life and they fit like a glove. I hope that Sperry will continue to manufacture them in widths."

"I love these. Especially that they are available in larger widths. I have the a pair or the blue ones and a pair of the white ones. I find that they are very versitle and go well with lots of different clothes. Shorts and Ties shirts, or Khakis and a dress shirts."

Most sales personial would like to make you believe that a ,C or D width are cut small and will work.
